During this workshop we will look at the foundations of and the philosophy behind Hatha Yoga. 
We will have first hand experience through practice and understand why Hatha Yoga paves the way for meditation practices.

Ayurveda is a sister science of Yoga and offers many practical tools and techniques to maintain balance and harmony.
During this workshop we will learn about the foundations of Ayurveda and go home with daily and weekly rituals that support our yoga practice and daily lives.
